The Secondary Drama Club will learn all the aspects that go into making a production, including the acting, set design, and other skills. The goal will be a full, live performance of Masterly Crafted to be performed at the XIS Secondary Drama Performance on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Masterly Crafted is an original play written by XIS’s Secondary Drama Advisor, Ms. Liz Ware. It is based on a famous Christmas story. The play will contain opportunities for acting and dancing.

To perform this show, a minimum of 9 people are needed, as some roles are designed to be played by the same person. The cast contains 6 male roles and 3 female roles with 8 roles that can be either male or female. Students will receive performance documents from Ms. Ware upon registering for the Drama Club.
